Erica is a financial advisor with Confidere Financial, a holistic financial services firm founded on the foundation of collaboration and personalized service in 2019. Through her work in the financial services field, she has prioritized establishing long-lasting relationships with her clients as they pursue their financial priorities.
A native of Austin, TX, Erica credits her desire to become a financial advisor to her father, who is a small business owner and served as an influential mentor during her childhood. As such, she pursued and graduated with a BBA in finance from St. Edwards University in Austin.
Shortly after graduation, Erica relocated to the Twin Cities region of MN and joined North Star Resource Group as a support team member with Confidere, working with co-founders and financial advisors Ann Wengronowitz, CFP®, RICP®, and Emily Malecha, CRPC®, ChFC® to serve as a crucial bridge between clients of the firm and their advisors.
This experience further fueled Erica’s desire to help others through holistic financial planning, and in 2026, she migrated to a financial advising role with Confidere. In this position, she employs a behavioral finance approach as she helps young professionals learn more about their financial situation while developing a clear plan to reach their goals.
Today, Erica continues to reside in the Twin Cities. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, playing piano, and spending time with her family and friends.
